FIREWORK FACTORY BLAST: Boss arrested
Firework factory boss Martin Winter has been arrested on suspicion of the manslaughter of two firefighters.
Geoff Wicker and Brian Wembridge died in an explosion at Festival Fireworks, Marlie Farm, near Ringmer, on December 3 2006.
Mr Winter, aged 50, and his son Nathan Winter, 23, were arrested after going to Eastbourne Custody Centre voluntarily yesterday (Tuesday).
They have been released on police bail until 23 April.
