Firefighters put out a fire in a first-floor bedroom in Hastings last night (Sunday, December 11).

Two East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service appliances from Hastings were sent to Becket Close at around 7pm.

Crews wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to tackle the fire.
