Five men arrested after attack in field near Chichester

A man from Ford has been arrested in connection with an attack on two men at a party in a field near Chichester.

Two men were taken to hospital with head injuries after they were attacked at Densworth Farm in East Ashling just before 6am yesterday (Sunday, June 5).

Police were called and arrested a total of five men on suspicion of causing greivous bodily harm.

Three were from Chichester and aged 27, 20 and 19, one aged 22 was from Hunston and another was aged 21 and from Ford.

The 27-year-old man from Chichester was bailed until June 7 and the other four men were bailed until July 3.

The two victims, aged 46 and 31 were treated for minor head injuries at St Richard’s Hospital, Chichester and released later the same day.
