Five new bungalows planned for Hawthorn Road in Bognor Regis
Five three-bedroom bungalows could be built within the grounds of 242-252 Hawthorn Road in Bognor Regis, if plans from Counterpoint Properties are approved by Arun District Council.
The scheme also involves the demolition of 252 Hawthorn Road and the creation of a new access road.
