Flower club’s taste of the high life
Sedlescombe and District Flower Club hosted “Putting on the Ritz” serving an elegant afternoon tea and sandwiches, homemade cakes and scones with clotted cream and jam to more than 60 patrons.
There were beautiful flower arrangements, made by five of the members, decorating the venue, raffled at the end of the afternoon. Mr Hugh Davison played the keyboard to set the scene with music from a bygone age.
