Head of office Mark Minchell, who deals with Flude’s capital markets, investment and development projects, said: “I am pleased that the strength of our regional market has enabled Flude Commercial to expand the office again.

“Our additional capacity is targeted to meet the requirements of our valued clients, particularly our new in house business rates service, following the recent introduction of a more complex and prohibitive appeals process with the valuation office.

"This growth means that the office can continue to offer the highest level of service to our clients.”

Flude Commercial is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regulated independent regional firm of chartered surveyors advising clients with commercial property interests across the south coast for over 20 years.
