Folk music event at theEmmanuelCentre

An evening of traditional and contemporary acoustic folk music takes place at the Emmanuel Centre, Harrier Lane, Battle, on Saturday February 13.

Presented by musicians and singers associated with Hunters Moon Morris Dancers, the evening will feature three acts, including traditional and contemporary material.

The Moonlighters will play tunes and familiar songs on a variety of instruments including melodeons, recorders, guitars, mandolin, drum, banjo, bodhran, autoharp and spoons. The fun begins at 7pm and tickets, which include interval refreshments, are just £4 in advance from Spoilt Rotten on , Abbey Green or Cook in Mount Street Battle. Tickets on the door will be £5 subject to availability.
