Football at the Oval
MORE than 90 young people from the Hastings area laced up their boots during the half term break for a football fun day at the Oval.
Run jointly by Active Hastings and Football in the Community, the project was a huge success with the Muppets walking off with the 10-14 age group, and NBT winning the 15-18 category.
Active Hastings is planning another fun day in Alexandra Park on June 16, with lots of fun for the whole family promised.
The event takes place between 10.30am and 2.30pm and is free.
