Forestry firm donatesto Northiam Bonfire

The firm supply sustainable forestry products from their base in Coppards Lane Northiam.

Managing Director, Nick Guest, said it was good to be able to support a local cause which was doing so much to bring the village together.

The Bonfire Society recently held its big summer festival event on the playing fields which is being heralded as a huge success.

The festival, on June 21, which included family games and entertainment, live music and a beer festival, was so successful that it could now become an annual village event.

Northiam Bonfire Society held its first celebration in the village last November but will be the first society to get bonfire underway in the Rye and Battle area this year after bringing the date forward to early October.
