The site at the top of the high street is currently being cleared and will make way for three new retail units on the ground floor.

Four ‘exceptional’ new four-bedroom townhouses will also be built, alongside two one-bed and two two-bed apartments with ‘each home finished to an exceptional standard’, according to Tod Anstee Hancock, the consultants for the property.
