Former Chichester schoolboy Isaac’s rendition of the Billy Joel classic She’s Always a Woman sent social media wild and earned him rave reviews from show’s judging panel.

Following his performance, Amanda Holden said: “You sing with this kind of knowing that’s mature beyond your years. It was an incredible performance.”

Alesha Dixon added: “I absolutely love you. That was really fragile. You remind me of James Morrison.

Meanwhile the famously critical Simon Cowell described it as ‘fantastic’ and David Walliams said Isaac has a ‘big future’.

When hosts Ant and Dec asked how Isaac was feeling the 15-year-old replied: “I was bricking it. It’s great. I’ve been excited for the whole day.”

Jules O’Dwyer and her wonder dog Matisse were voted winners and with it claimed the £250,000 prize money and a spot on this year’s Royal Variety Performance.
