Friends of the Bishop Bell schoolgirl who was allegedly abducted by her maths teacher Jeremy Forrest have said the pair would have sex ‘multiple times’ a night.
Jeremy Forrest, 30, is standing trial for child abduction at Lewes Crown Court.
Yesterday afternoon (June 17) the court heard evidence from a friend of the girl, via a recorded police interview.
The friend said Forrest would send the girls messages saying ‘you’re beautiful’ but explained the messages became more explicit as their relationship developed.
The court has previously heard their relationship turned sexual in the summer of last year before the alleged abduction in September.
The friend spoke more about the messages in her police interview.
She described it as ‘cringy’ and said, “There were some sexual ones, they were quite graphic things.”
“A lot of stuff about sexual things they wanted to do,”
The friend said she thought the girl liked the messages and would respond in a similar way. She said, that her friend had ‘played along with it’.
The witness said the girl would meet her maths teacher in her school uniform and they would have sex in his car. They are also said to have booked in to hotels together for nights away. The court has heard married Forrest booked in to the hotels with the schoolgirl under the name of Mr and Mrs Forrest.
Yesterday afternoon’s witness also said, “She did say they had sex, it was multiple times in one night.”
