Something for everyone - like a big Christmas stocking filled with presents. That is the promise of the De La Warr Pavilion's Chistmas attraction, Circus Etc.

We asked Jane Rice-Bowen, from Circus Space, a little more about the show.

She told us "Circus ETC is first and foremost a variety show.

"It is like a big Christmas stocking filled with presents of all shapes and sizes.

"There's something for everyone inside '“ a bit of juggling, some magic, acrobatics on the ground and in the air, dancing, singing, hoola hooping and hand balancing.

"Our fantastic compere, Goronwy Thom, will lead the audience in opening up the stocking and discovering the delights inside.

"Those of you who saw us last year will see something different - this year there is no story, just lots of energy, comedy and festive spirit.

"We know you'll love Hoop La La! Craig, Tiina and Jessie trained together in Circus Arts at Circus Space in London. Although Jessie was training as a trapeze artist and Tiina as a hand-balancer they spent all their free time practising as a hoola-hooping trio. They launched their act at a Circus Space Christmas party a couple of years ago and haven't looked back since.

"They perform alongside a hugely talented cast, all trained at Circus Space - even Goronwy, although he graduated quite a few years ago '“ and the pieces you'll see on stage at the De La Warr Pavilion were all originally developed while they were studying here. Arron is a fantastic, slick object manipulator and juggler.

"Emily and Amber's piece is fully of quirky charm and elegant aerial skill. Massi and Tiago are natural hilarious comedians as well as amazing acrobats and Gemma and Telma are cool and confident and make working on both the horizontal and vertical plane look like a piece of cake.

"Circus ETC is a great show because of the astonishing skill and talent of its performers. It makes a great Christmas show because it has bags of charm and energy plus one or two surprises to keep the audience on their toes.

"Most importantly it's a show that the whole family can enjoy together."
