Fresh bid to build 110 homes in Ringmer

A developer wants to build 110 homes on land north of Chapters in Bishops Lane, Ringmer.

Gleeson Developments has applied to Lewes District Council for outline planning permission.

The scheme also includes affordable housing, access and public open space.

Lewes District Council will have the final say on the scheme.

Gleeson Homes was previously refused planning permission in 2014 for a similar planning application for the site in Ringmer.
