Fresh snow brings further disruption

SOME schools are closed and disruptions on the railways are expected, due to the weather.

The Gazette area woke up to a fresh layer of snow this morning, and Littlehampton's Cornfield School and Arundel's St Philip's School have decided to close. The Angmering School is closed for year 7, 8 and 9 pupils, though open as usual for years 10,11 and sixth form students.

West Sussex County Council has cancelled all evening adult lerning classes for the rest of the week.
