Some of today's disruption is caused by the Atlantic storm, 'Brian'

In Eastbourne the stretch of Lottbridge Road is busy heading towards the A22 and A27 turn off but there are no reported accidents as yet.

There is congestion on the A259 eastbound before the A2036 Hastings Road in Bexhill.

On the A259 in Newhaven it is busy in both directions around the A26 New Road area.

On the trains commuters are facing delays and there are trains with fewer than normal carriages running.
