Friends to run pier to pier for charity trips

TWO friends will run from Worthing pier to Brighton pier to raise funds for charitable trips abroad.

Jordan Tizzard, 20, of Goldsmith Road, Worthing, and Chloe Leggatt, 21, of Southdown View Road, Worthing, are running the 13 mile distance on January 4.

Chloe, a student at Southampton Solent University, is tackling a six-day trek to the top of Machu Picchu in Peru next August in aid of the Association for International Cancer Research.

Photography student Jordan hopes to travel to Ghana in July to work on various projects including building a library.
