Rescue Remedies is a charity mainly covering the South East.

A spokesperson for the charity said: “We have been rescuing dogs since 2002 and grown from small beginnings to currently carrying around 80-90 dogs on our books.

“We do not have a ‘centre’ but are internet based. Our dogs are visible through their pictures with descriptions.

“We are very small and don’t have ‘staff or a call centre’ just a few dedicated volunteers processing applications and liaising with families. So we can only accept dog enquiries via our Homing Questionnaire which gives us the basis to discuss appropriate dogs.

“We exist to respond to the desperate needs of our society’s homeless dogs.

“We ensure all the dogs are neutered; vax’d and chipped before homing.”
