German comedy ambassador

Comedian Henning Wehn will be performing Edinburgh previews at the Caroline of Brunswick, Brighton, from July 12-14.

Spokeswoman Lucy Wheeler said: “Surely the German Comedy Ambassador will never find a more subtle show title than last year’s My Struggle. Well, he’ll die trying. Come along!

“In the past year, Henning has been heard numerous times on BBC Radio 4’s The Unbelievable Truth, The News Quiz, Now Show and BBC Radio 5 Live’s Fighting Talk. He has also recently presented BBC Radio 4 specials Monty Python’s Fliegender Zirkus! and Erich Honecker’s Rock ‘n Roll Years. Later this year he records his very own six-part series for BBC Radio 2 and makes his first appearance of BBC TV’s QI.”
