Girl suffers serious head injury in road accident
A girl was taken to hospital after she was in collision with a car yesterday (Sunday).
The 13-year-old pedestrian suffered a serious head injury and hurt her leg in the accident with a slow moving car in Lynwood Road, Saltdean, at 10.15am.
She was taken by ambulance to Royal Sussex County Hospital.
Her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Police are investigating.
