Glamping site plan for Pulborough

Plans to build a glamping site on a field in Pulborough have been submitted to Horsham District Council.

The site in Two Woods Estate, Blackgate Lane, would include five safari tent pitches and five shepherd hut pitches, all to be used as accommodation for overnight guests.

As part of the proposal, a shower block comprising of three cubicles and provision of parking for a minimum of ten cars would be constructed.

The application number is DC/15/1802.

In other planning news, an application for the erection of ten homes in Monk’s Gate has been received by the council.

The development in Nuthurst Road would affect the setting of a listed building.

The proposal can be viewed on HDC’s website under DC/15/1946.

An osteopathic clinic could be constructed in Park House, North Street, Horsham.

Plans to convert two rooms in the council-owned building from offices into a clinic have been submitted.

Park House was put on the market last year and the future of the landmark building is uncertain.

The application number is DC/15/1867.
