Go batty at Slindon
Visitors can go batty on the Slindon Estate during the next two Wednesdays.
The National Trust is holding bat walks there to shed light on the nocturnal world of the animals. Their sleeping patterns and their echo location skills for feeding will be highlighted.
The walks will last between 8pm and 10pm. No dogs are allowed. Torches should be taken. There is a 3 fee and booking is essential on 01243 814730.
