Golden ticket at Lewes screening of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

Lewes Junior Film Club is screening Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory on Sunday (October 20).

It’s the 1971 version of Roald Dahl’s classic story, starring Gene Wilder.

The day promises a few surprises with students from Priory School, Lewes, involved, a ‘golden ticket’ to be won and free popcorn for everyone who dresses up as a character from the film.

The event starts at 2pm sharp at Harveys Depot in Pinwell Road. It offers the chance to see inside the warehouse before the proposed development of a three-screen cinema there. Tickets are £5.
