Government Minister in Udimore

UDIMORE residents had a chance to quiz Minister for State for Policing and Criminal Justice Nick Herbert MP when he came along to the village hall last week.

Rye MP Amber Rudd commented: “I am delighted that our neighbour from Arundel accepted the offer to come and talk to residents in Udimore, and to answer questions about government and policy.

“He spoke to us about the reasons that he had led the “No to the Euro” campaign in the 1990’s and his optimism for the future.

“He was a very interesting speaker and gave informed answers to the many questions that followed.”
