Grace church which meets at the Woodside Centre, was started ten years ago before moving to it’s new home in Bolnore three and a half years ago.

The 10th Anniversary was celebrated by people from all periods of Grace Church’s history gathering for lunch at the home of one of the church members.

A bouncy castle and swimming pool were set up for the children, before joining for a special celebratory service in Bolnore.

Dan Woodfield, trainee minister at Grace Church said: “It was a joy to see people from the whole 10 years of Grace Church’s history, including many who had moved away but returned to celebrate.

We all gathered together, singing, praying, and reflecting on the life of the church.”

Grace Church hosts a messy church time on the last Sunday of every month, from 3pm-3.45pm, which is a time of crafts, games, music, and a Christian thought which is appropriate for all ages.

There are some 35 children and teens who regularly come along on Sundays. The church started as a group of 30, and now up to 80 adults.
