Great Dixter’s plant fair

Small specialist nurseries from the UK and Europe will descend on Great Dixter on Saturday October 6 and Sunday 7 for the third annual Great Plant Fair.

Nurserymen who come to the Fair are invited to make a voluntary contribution of 10 per cent of profits on plants sold at Great Dixter towards the Christopher Lloyd Travel Bursary.

The bursary funds opportunities to travel, to see plants, places and gain work experiences for new gardeners so they can give something back to the horticultural trade which started the scheme.

The plant fair is open each day from 11am – 4pm and entry which includes entry to the Great Dixter garden is £7.50.
