Guide leaders thanked in special day of celebration

Mrs Pickett met the 20 women at a special day of celebration of their achievements.

The get-together took place at the Jubilee Hall in North Bersted.

It was arranged to enable the Guiding leaders from the three districts across the Bognor area to meet each other and share some of the good things they had all done.

A variety of sessions, with a uniting theme of frogs, encouraged them to share good practice and to start planning for the future of guiding around Bognor for individuals and groups of girls.

The day was considered to be a success by everyone who took part. Each leader ended the session with a small gift as a thank-you from sponsorship from local shops.
