Hailsham woman arrested after suspected drink-driving crash

A Honda Civic and a Volkswagen Golf crashed in Gleneagles Drive at around 6.20pm.

Three people, all travelling in the Golf, were left with minor injuries as a result of the crash.

The woman, 29, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of drink-driving. She is currently in police custody.

The road was blocked until 8pm, when the scene was cleared.
