Our last meeting, on March 15th, was our annual quiz, in French. The first round was on French history and was very tough, leaving us exhausted for the following rounds. Well at least these were alleviated by tea/coffee and biscuits and everyone agreed we had learnt one or two things anyway.

Our next meeting on, 29th March, coincides with Easter so we are expecting only a small gathering and have made it an après-midi social, where we can just chat on any subject in French.

Anyone with an interest in French language and culture is welcome to join us at the usual place and time – 2 30 to 4 pm, Holy Redeemer church hall in Upper Church Road, St Leonards.
