The Patient Participation Group of the Ferry Road Health Centre are joining forces with the PPG of Rye Medical Centre to hold an information event on Wednesday June 10, 6pm for 6.30pm, at Rye Community Primary School.

Jane Cave will be speaking about how to access Hospice services, their Hospice at Home service and their new scheme for Hospice Ambassadors.

She will also include the Sara Lee service.

Refreshments will be available and all are welcome.
