Here's where Christmas shoppers can park for free in Bognor Regis

A number of council-run car parks will allow free parking during the festive period.

Councillor Paul Wotherspoon, Arun District Council’s Cabinet Member for Neighbourhood Services, said: “Our town centre shops and businesses have a great deal to offer and we’re delighted to be supporting our business community in Bognor Regis and Littlehampton again this year by offering free parking, including on Small Business Saturday.

“We hope that more people than ever make the most of the free parking scheme and support our local shops during what is such an important time of year for them.”

As part of an ongoing campaign to encourage people to support local shops and businesses on the traditional high street, parking will be free in the off-street car parks below.

This includes of Small Business Saturday on December 1, a national event aimed at supporting, inspiring and promoting small business all year round.

Bognor Regis — Fitzleet, Lyon Street and Hothampton car parks

Christmas Free Parking — Fitzleet, Bognor Regis

November 24, December 8, December 15 and December 22.

ADC have said the free parking does not include any privately run car parks. Disabled bays will also remain strictly for the use of blue badge holders only.
