Heroes for one day

Hurst Green Primary School held Superhero Day to raise money for Children in Need.

Head Graham White said: “The children looked fantastic – we had Princesses, a Batman, a Superman - not to mention Spiderman, Captain America and even a few Ninja Turtles running around. We raised a total of £129.38 – well done.

“We really enjoy supporting these national events, as well as the smaller ones within our community.

If you would like to come and see our lovely school we have two open days coming up – the first on Tuesday 2nd December and the second one on Thursday 8th January.

“We will try to be in our normal uniform on these days, but you never know what we may be doing!”
