The property has origins dating back to 1330 and its ownership has been tracked back to 1542. Since 1923, the property has been a tailor/outfitters but was used as a bakers and confectioners through most of the 19th Century.

The property is Grade 2 Listed and is arranged as retail on the ground floor and lower ground floors with large residential access to the rear and above.

An Oakley spokesman said: “This is certainly a property you should view to fully appreciate its historical merit. The residential element is self contained and offers an interesting refurbishment project.”
