Liz Davies from the Martlets fundraising team, said: “It was fantastic to have so many people at our Big Get Together, all celebrating those who work so tirelessly to support our patients and their families.

“Everyone had a fun time and we all enjoyed a lot of delicious cake!

“Hospice Care Week is the perfect time to hold a Big Get Together since it’s a fundraising campaign that is all about spending time and making memories with the people who matter.

“Anyone can hold a Big Get Together to raise money for Martlets; it’s a wonderful opportunity to have some fun, whether that’s a family barbeque, a pamper party, a posh dinner party or even a Halloween party.
