Horse rescued from mud in Henfield
Firefighters were called out to Henfield yesterday (Wednesday March 27) to rescue a horse.
They went to stables in the village, accessed via the deer park, where a small horse was trapped in mud.
The mare was released by officers using animal rescue equipment.
The horse was then left in the care of a vet.
