“My job is really rewarding as I know that I am helping to make sure people have good quality homes and that has been so important to me. No day is the same and time has just flown by – I really can’t believe it has been 27 years.

“When I joined the Group, we employed about 30 staff locally, but this has now increased to over 220.”

Sarah, who works closely with residents to make sure that they get the services and homes they need, was also excited at being acknowledged for her 27 years of service.

“It’s so nice to have the company recognise the work that we do.

“I really like helping people and feel really proud of my work, so the fact that the company acknowledges my efforts is just fantastic.”
