Horsham rail services delayed after person hit by train at Earlswood
Major delays are expected on rail services in and out of Horsham after a person was hit by a train at Earlswood earlier this afternoon (Tuesday July 29).
A statement on Southern Rail’s website said: “Owing to a person being hit by a train at Earlswood station, Southern services to and from Horsham and Bognor Regis via Redhill are subject to major delays, alterations and short notice cancellations this afternoon.
“Metro Buses are accepting Southern ticket holders on bus numbers 100 (between Redhill and Three Bridges) 405 (between Redhill and Purley) and 430 (between Reigate and Redhill).
“Please allow extra time for your journey if travelling to and from Horsham or Brighton.”
