Horsham’s Big Nibble starts

HORSHAM has been following the food today (Sunday) as a ‘Nibble Trail’ leads hungry visitors through the town.

Participating restaurants, pubs, cafés and market stalls have been offering free taster portions.

The trail forms part of The Big Nibble – A Slice of Sussex event in Horsham, launching the month long Horsham District Food & Drink Festival (3rd September to 2nd October).

Activities have been are happening across the whole weekend, including a large produce market, beer trail, British car rally, chef demonstrations, free historic bus rides and more.

Visitors have been able to sample anything from local beers to artisan breads, or homemade cake to goat’s cheese and caramelised onion burgers. Business involved include:
