LOTS OF WOMEN who got into a Mini Cooper provided by a car dealership in Hailsham – breaking a world record - re-enacted the event at an evening celebration last night, March 14.
Some 27 women broke the new model Mini cramming world record at David Lloyd Leisure Centre in Hampden Park last November. They raised £1,778 for Children in Need.
Chandlers BMW in Hailsham provided the rubber-limbed girl power team, aged 18 to 43, with the car.
Some of the girl power gang got together again to rekindle ‘cramming memories’ at Chandlers. They were given World Record Certificates at last night’s event.
