RELAX WITH COLOURING: at the library. Starting today, Thursday 2 March, and every Thursday afterwards from 2pm to 3pm. Colouring is not just for kids today. Adults have found that in a busy world, and one increasingly dominated by time spent in front of screens, the art of colouring is relaxing. Printed prepared sheets or books are intricately designed some specifically to help de-stress and focus the mind. No wonder this has become so popular. Just drop in, all the materials are provided and relax in a friendly atmosphere whilst you create with colour.
