i-Run - now you can too as Chichester store opens
With guests ranging from members of Chichester Runners, local gyms, personal trainers and Nuffield Health, the grand opening of i-Run store in Chichester was attended by a wide mixture of people.
The guest of honour was Great Britain runner Andy Vernon, a 2014 European medalist in both the 10,000m and 5,000m, who cut the ribbon and helped with the prizegiving for a raffle held in aid of local charity Children of the Edge.
After a soft opening over a month ago, this ribbon-cutting helps signify that i-Run is officially launched. The store has now also begun its Club Run, held free of charge every Wednesday night with the aim to appeal to every runner, whatever their standard.
As an independent running store, i-Run is very keen to be involved in the local scene.
