A COVERED ice rink will be installed in Worthing at the end of the month after a businessman took on its organisation, the Herald can reveal.

The temporary attraction, in Steyne Gardens, will return for the first time since 2012 on Friday, January 31.

It is the first time the attraction will be covered and will be run by Phil Duckett, who is currently redevloping the Southern Pavilion.

The 80-person-capacity rink will be open until March 2 and it is hoped additional visitors will give town centre traders a boost.
