GREETINGS: It seems that summer has arrived this week. It's jolly hot out there at the moment. Have you noticed how much pink blossom there is in the hedgerows? May blossom is absolutely cascading all along the road sides, and very beautiful it is too. There was an almost seamless change over form the blackthorn to the Mayblossom. And roses, roses everywhere.

The new venue seems to very popular with some arriving for coffee and staying on for a delicious lunch. There is also cake, jam, chutney, marmalade and produce to tempt you, plus paper back books and some good as new items. Donations to any of these are always welcome. The plant stall, despite some donations, ran out last month.
