Iden

All are lying low in Iden after the Fete.

The very popular “Pop-in Coffee Morning” will be in Iden Village Hall on Monday from 11 am until 1.30 pm. This was originally planned to coincide with the Mobile Library calling form 12.05 until 12.45 pm. It obviously filled a need and has grown from strength to strength.

There are no W. I. Meetings nor Parish Council Meetings during August.

If you have children at home, or grandchildren visiting, you may be interested in the events organised by Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. Details are in the Playden column, you would be kind enough to read them there.

These are wonderful activities for children during the holiday period.

The service for the 12th Sunday after Trinity will be Parish Communion.
