Iden village voice

Very many grateful thanks are due to Mrs. Pam Howell and her team who organised the Children’s Society Coffee Morning. A wonderful sum of £400 was raised. Pam is reluctantly giving up the organisation of this annual event and is looking for kind supporters who would be willing to have a collecting box for their “Shrapnel”.

The Iden Footpath Team has kindly donated two benches in support of the Diamond Jubilee. They are placed in the Park and have been made from “found” telegraph poles, which have been used for good effect.

There has been another theft of oil in the village. Please report any suspicious people about. Just ring 101
