Iden village voice

A small group of Iden villagers plans to hold a Christmas Lunch in the village hall on 25th December for those who are alone or might wish to share their Christmas with others in the village.

A leaflet will be distributed to all households in the village in the next week or so explaining more about the lunch and how to register as a guest, helper or donor.

If you are interested in attending, or maybe just to help out or even provide a donation, please complete the slip at the bottom of the leaflet and return it to the Iden Village Shop by 19th May. The annual Coffee morning for the Children’s Society will be held in the village hall on Saturday 12th May at 10.30 am. All are welcome, - there will be stalls, refreshments and good company.

The Jubilee Celebration will be held at Iden Park on Monday 4th June from 2 to 5 pm. Details coming soon.

The 9.30 am service for the 6th Sunday of Easter will be Parish Communion led by the Rural Dean, Canon David Frost.

There will be an Ascension Day service at Iden Church on Thursday 17th May at 7 pm.
