Among the news offerings this week is the story of a take away which is facing a penalty of up to £60,000 following a visit from Immigration Enforcement officers; a much-loved branch of a local bakery chain has shut suddenly; a seven-year-old girl is set to walk 1,000 miles to raise money to help save the rainforest; and six couples have come together to reopen a popular local restaurant.
