Industrial site homes rejected
Renovation of a defunct industrial site in Southwater by building eight new homes was rejected by Horsham District Council on Tuesday as members argued that plans for the old Build Centre off Station Road could have been better thought out.
While they agreed some housing was needed they argued that the access point was not ideal and the housing mix was too dense.
