'˜Inspirational' Nicole stays BodyPositive

Seaford's Nicole Allen, who is studying a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science at Sussex Downs College, has seized the chance to be involved in the BBC Get Inspired BodyPositive initiative.

Nicole lives with cystic fibrosis and inspires many through her energetic, active and positive attitude to life which is detailed in her own blog ‘Living and Breathing CF’.

After responding to a tweet from the BBC campaign, Nicole has had an introduction video published on the BodyPositive web page and will be keeping a video diary of her daily life over the next six months, which will also be uploaded. The campaign aims to create a community of people to inspire and empower each other by embracing what makes them unique.

Principal Mike Hopkins said “Nicole is an inspiration already to us and we are proud that through this campaign she can now be an inspiration to others across the UK and, possibly, across the world.”
