Iron believed to have caused fire above Arundel pub
A FIRE which started in a bedroom above an Arundel pub this morning was believed to have originated from an iron (Thursday, February 13).
Firefighters were called to Tarrant Street at 10.55am and extinguished the fire, before ventilating smoke out of the room.
No-one was injured in the incident and no evacuation took place.
The cause of the fire was recorded as accidental.
